My Story
Welcome, I am a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist located in Central Oregon. I first moved to Bend in 2016 to attend Sage School of Massage. Upon graduating massage school in 2017, I started developing a passion for fitness. I started to take my own steps towards a healthier lifestyle when I hired a coach in the fall of 2017, the knowledge and confidence I gained from working with him was incredible. As he moved away and I was forced to show up for myself, I learned how hard but rewarding it can be to keep showing up for yourself. It was a slow and trialing process and in the spring of 2020 I decided I was done putting in half effort for my health, I wanted to fully commit to a better me. I thought I was trying my best but I really didn’t have much guidance. In the spring of 2021 I met my now husband who was also committed to his fitness goals. along side each other we had support and accountability which helped both of us show up better for ourselves. in the new year of 2022 I made one of my goals to truly change my nutritional habits and structure around fitness to see the best results I could of the long haul. This was where I aimed to improve my physique but primarily change my lifestyle for all the years going forward.
This is when I saw the greatest results, not just physically but mentally. My health improved, my stress decreased, my body and mind were strong and confident. I felt capable and confident in the gym which led to giving me the same mentality in every other area of my life.
I knew how great of an impact this had on my life and knew I wanted to help others improve their lifestyles as well. In May of 2023 I got certified as a personal trainer through NASM. With my background in massage therapy and my own fitness journey experience, I am confident in helping those looking for guidance along their fitness journeys. My aim is to help others reach their goals without all the trial and error that it took me, taking the guess work out of it and just guiding you towards success.
I specialize in women’s strength training, restructuring mentality around self confidence, and building lasting habits that are sustainable and easy to follow. My passion for helping others has continued to increase since seeing those I’ve worked with achieve wonderful results both physically and mentally. I don’t just become your coach, I become your friend who is there to celebrate victories along side you.
If I am not in the office I am out hiking with my dog Cash, on a road-trip to a new state park with my Husband or out on the gym floor lifting weights.
I chose to pursue fitness because it is the most important area of your health that impacts all the other areas of you. If you change one area of your life, other areas follow. Your fitness, your confidence, is the one thing money can’t buy, its the greatest thing you can be proud of. You show up and work hard for you, no one can take that away from you.
